Simply screw the two sections of steel pipe together to install the metal hanger without the need for any tools. Insert the bottom pole into the ground by pressing the forked end into the soil. The adjustable angle of the base allows you to find the perfect support point without the need for a ladder. It is safe and easy to assemble.
